Restoration Management Company - Los Angeles was outstanding in getting to me very quickly because I was leaving town within two days. They made adjustments to make sure that they immediately came out to work on it over the weekend before I left.

Have a friend thinking of doing some changes in her home and I would recommend this company because of their efficiency.

They've been doing a good job. We had some problems because we were supposed to be scheduled on a certain day and they didn't show up. That was a clerical error. That was all.

They came the same day within hours of reporting the water damage. Everyone was so nice, understanding. The work was thorough and well done.

They came in to my house, when the company before them threw all of my stuff in the middle of the room. They still packed me out. They worked with me to put things where they should go, even though they had zero knowledge of where it should go. They did an amazing job at putting things back where they should go.

It is hard for me to recommend someone who is not responsive.

Jorge Ramirez, the project manager was awesome. He was ALWAYS available via phone or text, and would respond in a timely manner, which is rare. The crew that came to isolate the leak was very experienced and meticulous. RMC has been great! Thanks for the strong work!
