Certain staff were exceptional; others were not

Pinnacle was much more professional and organized than the 4 other contractors i interviewed. The price was competitive as well .

All involved with the roof replacement were helpful and courteous.Cleanup was very good.

David Morse is very good at showing pictures of exactly why there are issues with my previous roof and the roofing team is very hard working and experienced with laying down an effective and quality roof!

The assessment was done with some unknowns and the quote was clear as to how any unforeseen issues would be charged. The entire job was completed on schedule with photos showing the work in stages so there is no question of materials used or condition of proper vents installed. They are highly recommended
