Beware they do not do what they’re say they’re going to do and they will leave you sitting there for months on end before they decide to start or finish the work and the quality is terrible.

After they left I discovered a problem. Jason had already gone home but he came right back and took the trouble to explain the issue and then took the time to correct it. He certainly could have come back the next day but I was impressed by his effort to resolve the problem to my satisfaction.
