We had a few estimates prior to deciding who to trust to reroof our home. Our estimator was professional and knowledgable. He explained exactly what we could expect. We have a paver driveway and he discussed how they would protect it from damage. We felt the bid was fair and given the quality of work are very pleased. Every person on site was professional and worked hard. The job was completed timely and the work space was always clean and safe. The office staff communication was wonderful from scheduling to payments. I would highly recommend North Creek Roofing for any roof needs.

The project manager Jacinto is great. He is very responsive to our questions. A minor incident happened during the installation and they were proactive and made amendment immediately. The price is competitive with other contractor. I found an imperfection of the newly installed gutter and contacted them. They came the next day to fix it right away. Will recommend them anytime

We had to get a loan through a company (Enerbank) that North Creek recommended to get our roof repaired. I got the quote from North creek and added an additional $500 to hopefully cover some if not most additional costs (if more materials were needed). This is our first home and our first roof repair/replacement.
The loan was approved, the work was done and then we recieved an additional bill from North Creek roughly for $1500 ONTOP of the $12,000 loan we had approved.
I call for clarification on the bill and was told that when applying for house repair loans your supposed to add an extra percentage in preparation for any additional materials needed.
I explained that we were first time owners and this was our first repair on the house. How were we supposed to know that?
I was told that "people just know to do that".
On top of that, the loan company that North Creek uses closes the loan once approved so if there are additional costs, you can't adjust the loan amount at all. Which is not the end of the world but would have been nice to increase the loan by $1500 to cover all costs.
Now we had to pay that additional $1500 out of pocket before the end of the 2023. Which was not something we had accounted for and was incredibly difficult to accomplish.
The contractor, workers and everyone who came to the house were great. It would have been nice to have more transparency with the financial staff. It also would have been nice to have the option to include the additional $1500 into the whole loan amount so we didn't have to pay out of pocket. I guess we learned our lesson the hard way.

North Creek was fair, honest, responsive and upfront. On Chris' first visit to investigate our roof leak, he sealed the offending cracks giving us time to figure out what needed to be done. As it turns out, we needed a new roof. I'm very happy with the work crew and overall quality of the project.

I did my due diligence by getting 3 bids and Chris of North Creek had the only bid that specifically addressed repairing an area that had completely rotted through. The other guys said they would add the costs when they got it torn apart, or one said to just buy the materials and the guys would install it! I wanted something a little more concrete than that and after just recently retiring from construction after 43 years I knew who I was going to deal with pretty quick. I was also worried about the quality of the existing underlayment, and they found some of it rotted, which I saw, when the old shingles were removed and repaired it, at I thought a very decent price. The crew and foreman were fantastic, hard workers all of them! I would highly recommend North Creek Roofing to anyone.

The North Creek office, sales, and production teams communicated every step of the way. The roofing crew were fast and efficient, and enjoyed working together as a team to get the job done. They were very pleasant to be around, and that helped to make this part of building our new house more enjoyable for us, which eased our overall stress.
