Established in 2000 Rhonda Steffes, founder of the business, was a home care RN for ten years prior to starting this company in 2000. Within eight months of starting the business, her husband, Jim, joined her full time. His back ground entails working as a CPA and a CFO of a manufacturing company. His extensive business background and financial knowledge has brought this company to where it is now. New Windows for America employs over forty people and operates all year round installing windows, doors, siding and attic insulation for many Twin Cities residents. Rhonda and Jim's belief system is to treat all employees and customers with the utmost respect. Currently, New Windows for America has over 5000 happy customers in the Twin Cities area with New Windows for America windows, doors, and siding and/or attic insulation in their homes.
Rhonda is in her fourteenth year of owning and operating New Windows for America / Expert Exteriors. When she is not at work, Rhonda enjoys working out at the YMCA, and going to her childrens' ball games. Rhonda really enjoys running New Windows for Ameria and especially likes talking to happy customers who appreciate the excellent customer service and products they receive. Hide

The original start date was cancelled 30 minutes before hand. It was rescheduled for one week later which was very inconvenient. We were only offered $100 discount as compensation. The screen door does not have a lock and for $900+, we expected a lock to be included.
