The three owners of My House Renovation met while working for a local Bathroom and Kitchen remodeling company. One was a Sales Representative and the others were Sales Managers. They all had excellent training and management skills as well as the ability to “get things done”. They all recognized the inherent shortcomings in the company for which they worked and in the industry at large. They recognized that customers were people just like them and needed to be treated with respect and humility and not viewed as a “dollar sign” as so many other companies are conditioned to do. With this mindset, they set off to open their own company. They recognized that any home renovation project can be extremely involved, complex and time-consuming. Most other home remodeling companies send inexperienced salesman and installers into customers’ homes which causes problems. The founders knew there had to be a way to turn renovation from a time-consuming and mind-boggling project into an enjoyable and easy experience With this kind of thinking formulated their vision, and with this new way of thinking My House Renovation was created.
