The workers are very competent and always do those little extras that make their work stand out from the competition.

They did a very good job. I was very happy. They were very respectful. They made sure they didn't track across the carpeting. We were just very pleased with them.

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the gentleman that had to do the exhaust fan install on a 90 degree day going into the attic dealing with the extreme heat. It would have been cooler in the morning, but schedules have to be met. He also pointed out the way the freeze barrier was put down with out pulling the backer paper off. And a few points of condensation issues that our attic had ,I’m glad he brought that to my attention. I’m sorry for not remembering his name , but he deserves a couple of beers that day.

Additional Comments - They did a good job cleaning up when they were done and were professional, while getting in and out. They also fixed a spot that was leaking in the garage, so I was happy about that because I had been fighting it for years.

On April 20, 2020 when we made our down-payment for a new deck, replacing our old deck, we were told that the work should begin in 2 weeks. After a few phone calls the work began in 7 weeks. There is a hole in our new deck that was not in the original deck. One of the boards on the deck in front of the front door does not line up with the other boards. The building inspector required at least 2 changes in work already completed, You replaced/installed a new storm door that is not flush with the door casing.

Other than the above flaws in workmanship, we like the deck, and we found the builders to be very friendly and approachable, as was Steve the man that gave us the bid. The flaws are what caused the below average rating.

MN Home Improvements did an excellent job on replacing our deck and were great to work with. They gave helpful suggestions on making improvements during the process and kept us updated throughout the project. And at the end of each day the site was cleaned and organized.

No, I will not recommend them due to them not being honest with me.

Salesman was at first good at return phone calls but later in the project didn't return phone calls at all also they had a dumpster placed in the driveway blocking on off the garage doors which was in the way for 9 days beforeit was finally remove, and in the mean time it became a public dump site . Old TV's where placed in the dumpster and MN Home Improvement refused to do any thing the situation, which cost us $60.00 todispose of. The dumpster should have been removed 5 days earlier.

They are very professional and easy to work with.
