After waiting two weeks for a call from the first contractor I had contacted (the call never came), I was very happy that M&M was so efficient. My original call was followed by a visit from Brad Hoffman within two days. All other communications were quickly responded to.

Roofing crew did a great job all around. The soffit and fascia, crew was absolutely horrendous at cleaning up and left a mess around the house. Nails, scrap wood, old materials and garbage all around my house.

The project went well; however, communication was an issue. We didn’t know we were getting material delivered until the day of the project, and when the project wrapped up, there was no conclusion. The team left really late, and there was no team lead or supervisor to let me know that it was done. They left and left materials here; some wrap-up would’ve been nice.
Yes, but need lots of patience. Won't hear much for weeks, but once materials are dropped.on your lawn, it gets better in days after.
An apparent preexisting issue with the rafters causing a wavy pattern in the shingles was not brought to my attention during initial inspection, measurement or installation. Some remediation might have been possible but too late after installation.
