Excellent job—fast, reliable, and well done. They are more expensive, but you get what you pay for. For a roof that should last 30 years, saving a little here or there just doesn’t make sense. Go with the best!

One thing that particularly impressed me was that the original roof did not have ridge vent, which likely contributed to the problems we were seeing. They immediately identified the ventilation issue and added a ridge vent as part of the new roof. That gave me confidence that they weren’t simply replacing shingles—they were looking at the roofing system as a whole and making sure it was done right.

The roof looks great, and hopefully I won’t have to worry about it for another 30 years. And if something does go wrong, I purchased the Platinum Warranty, so I have the peace of mind knowing I’m covered.

Time will tell, but based on what I’ve seen so far, I’m very happy with the work.

Supervisor had many communication issues with his customer and made me feel as if I was not important. Nails, shingles, and other debris still litters my yard, weeks after the completion date. No efforts have been made to come out again and clean -- even after several discussions with my supervisor to do so.
