Recognized Excellence - Jesse stayed on top of everything during the build, and Lauren was great overall but especially selected a magnificent set of kitchen appliances (we went off menu).

Areas For Improvement - We're very happy with the PDI lights, but the process of working with them to get the lights selected was frustrating. And the electrician made several mistakes in wiring switches and hanging a couple of lights - these will be corrected I'm sure but all seem like silly mistakes.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Workmanship and material quality are both generally excellent. We're particularly happy with tiles and countertops. And the design/construction process was outstanding. We felt like we had guidance any time we needed it, but Andrew and company were always willing to address any request we had. Sometimes the answer was "yes but" or "here is something to think about" but we always felt like we got a serious answer that was as positive as possible. And we did a lot more tailoring of our design than friends who are working with other builders have been allowed to do. At the end we felt like this is exactly the house we wanted.
