They were efficient and did a good job.

Was not too happy with the added costs at the end that were not covered by insurance.

Did great with the roof. And if someone asked me for recommended roofer, I would still consider Legacy Restorations. However, I would not recommend for anything else. I had a significant project that included roof, siding, garage door, and windows. I was told that LR could take care of all of it. Roof got done right away, Siding took more than a year. Never did the garage door, or window. I was told I could find someone on my own (that is what I eventually did), but LR was supposed to handle all this for me. Very disappointed.

Billing issues were extensive and some work was completed without clear authorization.

Legacy Restoration was everything they said they'd be. There were no surprises and everything went the way they said.

Great work dealing with my insurance company and arranging all of the details for roofing, gutters and siding replacement. Roofing went great! Although gutters needed some adjustment after the first rain storm! Siding installation was fine, but lacked attention to detail at final cleanup. Internet cables were left drooping and the attic insulation was hanging out below the siding, making the finished product look sloppy. Issues were quickly resolved after I contacted Legacy requesting additional cleanup.

I believe you charged me too much to replace my roof. I had to pay American Family Insurance almost $6000 more than my 1% deductible of $5300. They said it was because you guys were expensive, and the roof had a depreciation of 13 years since the last replacement.

when Legacy Restoration came to my house, they supposedly did a quote. Eric was the first one that came, for the Roof he added the Gutters, Outdoor Shed, Garage Door. He said everything was included, and he said we have people to do this. He put the claim in with my insurance. I was very disappointed with ERIC

Working with Travis was an unexpected pleasure. He was very responsive to my texts, calls and emails. The crews worked quickly and were very respectful of my landscape. I knew within the first few days I had chosen the right company to work with.

Legacy Restoration employees were EXTREMELY professional, polite, accommodating. They kept us informed of weather delays which we appreciated and totally understood. We had multiple days of dangerously high winds which would have put the installers, and the material, at risk. Everything flowed seamlessly.

Process was smooth, despite the insurance company refusing to accept that the previous roof (which they paid for!) was class 4 shingles, and made Legacy send a sample to the lab for testing! Overall, a positive experience.

I don't usually give recommendations but if anyone asks for a referral I will be happy to share the positive experience I had with Legacy Restoration.

My experience with Legacy Restoration was not a positive one overall. I think the company has too many players in the mix causing communication issues. It was not a smooth process and I found myself having to self advocate when I should not have had to.

They did what they said they were going to do and smoothed out all the bumps at the end. I was pleased with that.

Legacy Restoration, was very competitive, and able to complete the entire project in one day. They were careful around the property and made sure to take care not to disturb outside landscape lighting and plants and shrubs. Their communication was excellent, and their crew was respectful of other neighbors and stayed on task from 7am to 6:45 Pm and cleaned up all debris. The roof looks fantastic.

They referred me to a list given by my insurance agent, so I knew they were going to be a qualified company. They went above and beyond, expedited the process, and worked within my family emergency and budget. The entire team was very nice, professional, welcoming, calm, and kind also the roofing process was terrific and the gutter replacement was top-notch, wonderful, and the quality is great.
