HydraDry was quick to come to my house during mitigation and very clear on the explanation of service.

I had a water sewage issue In April and the project didn’t finish until August. At first we thought it would be quick and easy but it was a long unprofessional and stressful process, we were displaced from home for months. My mother in law almost died due to mold issue that we found. But the toughest was getting the run around from Hydradry and not getting straight answers. We had to deal with many different individuals! They all told us different things! The way the company handled things was so unprofessional and not straight forward! The people who did the work were great but the management was the problem. There was a point in which one of the managers Brent who would not let us speak with Brittany who is Vice President! This was so stressful on whole family and really left a bad taste in our mouth! I would be hard for us to trust my company again!

They were very professional and did a great job. I appreciate all they did for us.

There were a few things that were not addressed. The bathroom does not have a toilet paper holder or soap dish. However, they did their job well and everyone was courteous.

The billing was incorrect initially, by a large amount, and it had to be corrected by me. There were additional charges on the billing.

I would give them a 5 for this if I could!

They are a good company. The employees are very punctual and respectful. They did an excellent job overall and shows concern for the customer.

Never! They took advantage of hurricane victims and charged outrageous fees.

The workers they sent out were nothing but professional and they went above and beyond of what was asked of them. They were very accommodating and we are pleased with everything.

Although they were very fast to respond, I had a couple issures with a broken sconce, a vase which they replaced and I am missing 1 wedding ring set. I hope to find that when this is all said and done. Please have customers take all valuables and put up, and things like glass sconce on the wall, remove before doing work.

I didn't know they were coming. Once they were here, worked constantly, and were polite.

We had contractors come in after Hydra-Dry. The contractors had to scope out the work that needed to be done. They complimented Hydra-Dry on their work. They said they did the least amount of damage compared to other similar companies. Other companies sometimes come in with crowbars and cause more damage. They did a good job!

Amy and Larry from Hydra-Dry, Inc.-Tampa were right on the problem with my smoke damaged home. Larry came to my home the day after I called my claim in to Allstate. He explained the whole process to me, was friendly, courteous and very professional. The same for the team of cleaners ( Amy, Fabian, and Preston ) that were bought in. What a great company! I would recommend Hydra-Dry,-Tampa to anyone without any reservations at all. Thank you.
