From the job negotiation to the registration of our warranty, our experience exceeded our expectations; we were very happy that we chose Eco-Pro from among the several vendors with which we considered doing business. The primary reason we hired Eco-Pro was its genuine responsiveness to our concerns during the negotiation phase; our interactions during that period (and throughout the job) truly distinguished Eco-Pro. Based on our initial interactions with Eco-Pro, we felt confident that we would be able to effectively negotiate the typical snafus of a construction project. Eco-Pro worked very hard to maintain transparent and responsive communication throughout the job. Ultimately our project was completed without any missteps, either in planning or execution. The job was staffed with a highly capable crew and at a level that delivered the project on schedule. The site was well managed, and our home was treated respectfully. If I ever have to roof a home again, I wouldn't bother competitively bidding the job; I'd hire Eco-Pro because contractors who work at the level of performance we observed with this organization are extremely rare.

Quinn and his team did a great job. They were quick to respond to all my questions and also were clear in explaining why they do what they do through the whole process. The team was prompt on site, worked hard through some hot temperatures and had my roof complete in less then 2 days, including adding some new ventilation. My site manager, Al, was fantastic and a real pleasure. The whole crew was respectful of our home, worked hard to clean up and left barely knowing they were there.

Eco-Pro Power Clean showed up on time, stripped and re-shingled my roof quickly and professionally, leaving no mess behind. The job was completed in one day exactly as quoted. I am very satisfied and would recommend them .

Some of these questions are difficult to answer as it will take a number of months to see if the moss on the roof has been eliminated. However, Eco pro has guaranteed us that they will come back again if the roof is not clean to our satisfaction.
