Do not do business with this company! They will send Joe of all trades not a professional.

We originally agreed to get windows at the beginning of December. We were expecting them to get installed no later than the middle of January. Didn't hear from them until the end of January. The windows were installed at the beginning of February.The crew did a marvelous job. We are very happy with our windows. Definitely hoping that will help with our electric bill that has been astronomically HUGE having only single pane aluminum windows.The windows that ClearWater Exteriors, LLC installed are marvelous!! They look great they are easy to open and close, all in all great windows!!

The company met my exceptions as far as home contractors are concerned. They did a great job being honest about the work and about what they were going to provide. They were very trustworthy!

The sales team did a good job explaining the product and what would take place and the work that was discussed was done. The roofing team did not talk to me at any time, other than the phone calls telling me when they would be there. During the installation we had rain, after the install we had heavy rains, I have water stains in the bedroom, it took me over two hours to clear my gutters of nails and roof material (they were over flowing during the rains). I called and spoke to some one about it and was promised some one would be out the next day, no one has showed up yet. Went into the attic crawl space and found wet insulation, my Christmas decorations were wet, boxes were soggy. I have questions about the material I was going to ask whoever was going to come out to inspect but I guess you got your money I'll just have to live with it.

Quality product

Clearwater Exteriors, LLC and their sub-contractors did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient. They provided an excellent product and quality workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roofing materials.

See my above notes. If they do what's right, I would probably recommend them. If they keep jacking me around, probably not. I went with Clearwater because they've been in business for fifty years. I also went with them due to the Better Business Bureau's rating and the salesman really enforced the trust thing but that's not holding up right now.

They did a good job. I do not have any complaints.

The roof is beautiful!

The quality of material used is high quality but the price is high. The real test will be if it holds up like they say; No moss. They also said if anything happens, leaks, etc. they'll replace the entire roof, up to the 50 year warranty. Hmmm

the crew was great and hard working. there was a problem with the substructure of the roof and they took care of it with no extra charge. could`t be happier with the job.

2, because of the lack of communication.

This company did everything right. Their sales people were courteous and knowledgeable. I was especially impressed that they crawled around in my tiny crawl space and took pictures of what was happening to the roof. I love the look of the new roof. I paid more than I would have with another company but I will never have to worry about putting on another roof.

My new roof was ultimately completed in a single day, with the crew keeping the space around the house clear of debris and everything going very smoothly. It looks great, and I'm sure I'll be experiencing lower costs for heating and cooling with the improvements in the ventilation up there!
