Blue Nail was great to work with! Very professional! They showed up on time, completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves. It was like they were never here but our house looks amazing! And just before they started working on our house we were hit by lightening, Eric had contractors to help with our many issues caused by the lightening including the big one...electrical!! They had us back and running in no time! We highly recommend Blue Nail!

I would not recooment them to anyone I care about.

Roof repair work comes with no warranty by company. I do not remember Kyle point blank saying to me if we do this work for you and it does not work you will have to pay again to have more done. I gave them $1300 to fix a roof leak two months ago and now it is twice as bad. No supervisor even came out after work was done to inspect work by crew or take pictures so I could see. Should have clued me in to how little my business meant to them. I had used them before they relocated to current location and expanded. Sad to see a company think more about making money than actually helping people. Would not recommend Blue Nail to anyone for any reason.

My first appointment was based on a referral. Everything went well with the assessment and communicated recommendations. The subsequent cost of repairs was more than I anticipated, but I had to correct a leak from my roof and I accepted. To me that was urgent, especially when I was shown a photograph of a large open gap on a ridge where roof tiles were missing. I waited and waited but no one came out despite days of heavy rain, so I decided to call. When I called, I learned that my job was complete and payment was due. I was surprised since nothing was done on my property. It was explained away as a mistake. I expressed my concern that the roof cavity was left unattended for so long with rain ongoing. That day someone came out and covered the area with temporary materials pending repairs. The work was scheduled for days later. After the recommended work was completed we had a day of heavy rain, and my original leak concern was still active. An associate came out and observed that my main leak concern was from an ill fitted A/C vent cap. He repositioned and sealed the cap in ten minutes and the problem was addressed. I would have wanted to rebuild my chimney and cover the area with missing tiles, but what were urgent were the missing tiles and the vest cap. The cost to repair those would have been $600 instead of almost $1900 that I paid and still had a problem. The final result after the third visit was satisfactory.
