Their thorough investigation of my roof’s exterior and interior, their manners, and thoughtful explanations of products made my decision easy.. Black Anchor Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Joe McElhenny our representative explained very throughly how the job would go and answered all our questions. We called him on several occasions and he either answered the pone call or return our call promptly! The workmanship was outstanding. Their work crew was were very polite and hard working. Every detail was taken care of including clean up! Black Anchor has my highest recommendation!

I can’t say enough good things. Our new to us roof started leaking Friday nite. They returned my call on Saturday and came out by Monday— we didn’t need an emergency fix so that was all good, but we needed prompt. They worked with us through the entire process with the insurance company, were there for the inspection and stayed with us throughout. Got the roof done promptly and the inside work as well. Highly recommend

Rick was awesome !! he helped with all the paper work and did exactly what he said he would . The roof looks great and we had a few major rains right after all the work was completed . And not a leak anywhere !! I would recomend them to everybody .
