Black Anchor Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Joe McElhenny our representative explained very throughly how the job would go and answered all our questions. We called him on several occasions and he either answered the pone call or return our call promptly! The workmanship was outstanding. Their work crew was were very polite and hard working. Every detail was taken care of including clean up! Black Anchor has my highest recommendation!

I can’t say enough good things. Our new to us roof started leaking Friday nite. They returned my call on Saturday and came out by Monday— we didn’t need an emergency fix so that was all good, but we needed prompt. They worked with us through the entire process with the insurance company, were there for the inspection and stayed with us throughout. Got the roof done promptly and the inside work as well. Highly recommend

Rick was awesome !! he helped with all the paper work and did exactly what he said he would . The roof looks great and we had a few major rains right after all the work was completed . And not a leak anywhere !! I would recomend them to everybody .

My first contact with black anchor was with Mike. He follow up was then done with Mike and Sean going over the process and discussing price. Shortly after that the job was completed in one day on time and was followed up by Ricky through the installation and completion of the project. He also was my contact for payment and he responded within a day or two. I have nothing but good things to say about black anchor and the process of keeping the customer informed along with a fair and reasonable price.

Good young company. Give them a look before deciding on someone else. Quality Owens Corning roofing system. Very nice looking roof with very good warranty! Having large tarps around the house to protect plants and flowers and collect debris was awesome! Super job cleaning up after the installation. BAR was willing to work with the me to resolve contract issues - some challenges with contract language and liability. Some workmanship and minor property damage issues that could have been avoided with greater supervision. Not into repairing window screens and gutters.

My roof project was my first experience with Black Anchor, so I did not know what to expect from them once I committed to hiring them. Once the project was under contract and got under way, I found them to be pleasant to work with and I grew in my confidence in their attention to detail and quality control. My primary contacts were Dlutch, Shaun and Ricky, all of whom proved to be knowledgeable and committed to getting the job done right the first time and to making sure my wife and I were pleased with the results. They were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. This was the best major construction experience we have ever had.
