We spoke to 3 different roofing companies. Brax was the one that professionally showed up and quickly returned our calls. In addition, we weren't pressured into a contract by the sales person.

I am overall very satisfied. There were a couple of surprises when they discovered rotted wood. The fee went up, but it was justified. I could have wished for a little bit clearer communication.

While I have no problem with the roof work, I am very unhappy with the work you have done on the side of the house. I have requested you to correct the problem, but you have ignored me. I have never dealt with a company that disrespects its client.

The pictures are great but I would appreciate If all the pictures of plywoods and FRT plywoods were number and taken so I would really know if I paid all the plywoods that were charged. Also take pictures of both gutters when completed and pictures of the whole roof to see the finish results.

We had a Owens Corning roof replacement and new gutters. Great product, reasonably priced and professionally installed. Brax was always available for questions or concerns. We highly recommend Brax for any roofing project you may have.
