Our job took a bit longer than expected butthat was because more problems were discovered when siding installation began.David showed me where those problems were and we decided to fix them beforeproceeding . A less reputable company may have chosen to ignore the underlying problems and proceeded with a less thansatisfactory installation.

After having massive workmanship issues with the builder and hiring another contractor who also failed to do the job correctly, I was very hesitant to get my siding done because I was afraid the same thing was going to happen again. Atlantic Contracting Services really proved themselves to be the best.

Very happy with the finished look and feel. Comforted knowing that I won't have to worry about the exterior siding, windows, and doors for a few decades.

David impressed me from our initial meeting for an estimate. He went right to work with toolsto get an accurate measurement for our new windows. His crew did a total exterior renovation of our Harbour Watch home .They did a very nice siding job with J.Hardy plank .All widows were replaced.Front and back porch were rebuilt with new ceilings, railings and beautiful Ipe wood floors . The job included rebuilding half of the roof and framing work for termite damaged recognized by the very competent crew.

We had Atlantic Contracting Services replace our roof and vinyl siding with Hardie board. While we are satisfied with the end product we had some issues getting there. The roof install went flawless but the replacement of the siding was a different story. We were told the color we wanted was in stock and they could start within the next few days. While a delivery of the material did arrive at the house within a few days this was not enough material to finish the siding. The crew ended up running out of material. This issue was corrected after a few days but only after I called to complain. Our house is raised about 6ft and the lower portion is brick. There is a band that connects the brick and the siding. This band had to be replaced three (yeah I said 3) times. The first time they forgot the piece that slopes the water a way from the house and there was a gap between the brick and house. Then they install a plastic drip flashing which was wavy and the band was not cut straight. They finally replaced the band and used metal flashing. The band now looks much better! We have a hurricane system installed on the house so tie downs are installed on every window, around the garage, and porch. They lost some of the screws and had to place them. They did replace all the missing items.All issues were addressed and we are satisfied with the end product.

We are more than happy with the job.
