Didn't like the way the did the job! It was raining very hard and because they had a schedule to follow they continued the work even with me telling them to stop work. They said they used a leaf blower to blow the water off the underlayment! Also stacked over 1 ton of shingles on my arch of the roof.

FAILED to provide correct contracted warranty. Shingle reroof was fine though this contractor did not provide the Owens Corning Platinum Warranty as agreed upon in contract as well in email communications with salesman Ken Bonnett. Have initiated contacted with Alan's Roofing, Inc. 3 times both in person and phone call since 10 July 2026 with no results - only profuse apologies from Alan's Roofing, Inc. warranty writer Jamie (female). She stated in phone call on 22 July 2026 they are actively seeking to remedy this, but to date (4 Aug) no remedy has been accomplished. Strongly encourage anyone considering business with this Alan's Roofing, Inc. - pay attention to any warranty documents provided. This error was only discovered after WE CONTACTED Owen's Corning on 7 July 2026 to inquire about a roof ridge vent issue with the O.C. phone rep informing us there was NO warranty information in their system on our address, much less name - NOTHING. O.C. phone rep was kind enough to establish a Standard product warranty. O.C. phone rep identified only Alan's Roofing, Inc. can upgrade this warranty to the O.C. Platinum Protection. Bottom line, reroof appears to be fine but NOT happy about the FAILURE at Alan's Roofing, Inc to ISSUE CORRECT, PAID FOR WARRANTY ! !
