They are friendly and professional.
Saussy Burbank was really great to work with. Jake and Jennifer were very helpful. Everyone seemed invested in making sure I got the house I wanted.
Of the different builders that we have met with Saussy was the most professional and informative of them all. They made us very comfortable with our decision to purchase.
Saussy Burbank built a great home. They have great people working for them. Like with everyone there are areas for improvement. I would recommend Saussy Burbank to anyone
Forest Ridge will be an up and coming neighborhood in the near future. We are very pleased to be the first family on this block. When the pool and neighborhood park is completed it will make this a most desirable place to live in Hillsborough.
Love our house, the design layout is outstanding, really nice finishes as well. Our only big gripe is the water issues on and around our property. While they have come out and dug twice to help with drainage, we have major water problems due to the grading of our property coupled with homes on either side of us don't have gutters. Water is not draining properly away from our house. Ground stays damp and even soupy for days and days after it rains.
As a whole, Saussy Burbank builds a quality home. However, one issue we have addressed, but is clearly being brushed aside, is the quality of padding & carpeting installed into our home nearing $350K dollars. Our hardwoods are beautiful, and they did an excellent job finishing those, but the carpet upstairs, in the bedrooms, and bonus room, would barely pass for apartment grade or dorm room carpet. We are a family which takes their shoes off at the door, and wears only sock or bare feet on the carpeting. After less than a year, of being in our Saussy Burbank "model" home, our carpet looks terrible. It is completely packed down, has lines where the padding 'seams' appear to have come loose, and overall looks as if it's been down 10-12 years. The frustrating thing, on top of all this, we had a gentleman come out to look on behalf of the flooring company which provided the carpeting, take photos, and not one follow up since. One would think that a company with the brand and reputation of being a leader in the new home market, would have Vendors and steps in place to address and resolve such issues. Sadly, very disappointed!
Travis does a great job. Always available and receptive
I think that Sarah Nash from the design center was a pleasure and wonderful to work with, and also Jack Catterton, the salesman.
We picked Saussy Burbank because our deal fell through with DR Horton, and the customer experience was 100% better.
The quality of workmanship and materials is not up to par with the price point. After living in our home for only 6 weeks, we continue to have challenges getting issues resolved.
We were very satisfied with the work that Saussy Burbank provided for my family.
Tony Taylor was very good and professional. He was exceptional.
The experience with Saussy Burbank was very smooth. I am very happy with the house and the whole process. I would likely buy another Saussy Burbank home in the future.
I had exceptional service in every encounter in this process. It was great. Any time you go into something, you are waiting for the next glitch. With Saussy Burbank there was never even a first glitch.
Everyone I worked with at Saussy Burbank did a really good job. We're excited about the house and we're looking forward to the completion of the job.
I feel that Saussy Burbank is a very stylish and quality builder. However, they cut back on some very fundamental things trying to save a few thousand dollars. It has ruined my whole experience.
The sales experience with Saussy Burbank was exceptional. Great understanding of our needs and 100% follow-through on promises. The design center team was not up to the expectations of the Saussy-Burbank experience. The field manager experience was at best "challenging." We had to make numerous requests during the construction phase to get things done right- and still several items were not finished as promised. We have owned three Saussy Burbank homes, and the finished product is outstanding, however, we probably would not go through the building process again with them.
I was most satisfied with Saussy Burbank because coming from the north I love the southern look of the homes, they are the most beautiful homes. Not only Ellen the project manager was knowledgeable but Pam the salesman was very knowledgeable as well about the homes being built and constructed.
Tracey Rush, Karen Bombarner, and Kim Claxton all did a wonderful job.
