GuildQuality customer satisfaction surveys enable homeowners to rate their contractor on a scale of zero to four (with zero being the worst and four being the best) in all sorts of categories. Our members can publish a summary of those answers here on their profile page, displaying a bar for as many or as few questions as they like. The score for each category indicates the percentage of survey respondents who answered a three or four to that particular question.

Kitchen remodel (44)

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.
We recently used Potter Construction for a major home remodel. They were an amazing company to work with. Gary Potter has the talent and ability to hire only the best people from top to bottom. He listened to what we wanted to do and executed everything to the highest standards. He and his people were talented, meticulous, courteous, on-time and on budget. I would highly recommend them.
Potter Construction makes the difficult, easy; the impossible takes a wee bit longer. Having spent the last 20 years working with dozens of contractors, big and small, in the Northwest, Potter is the finest remodel contractor I have eincountered. And it starts with Gary Potter. Organized, thoughtful, forward thinking, considerate, and honest. The Potter team is experienced, talented, creative and customer oriented. It is the Potter creed: does our work deserve a referral? Potter is not afraid of being the best, nor does it fear success. Potter will not accept a job just to have a job; it has to be a project within its expertise, and with clients who are willing to work with the Team. If you are a homeowner with a home remodel, and expect the best, then hire the best. Talk to Gary Potter. My wife and I hired Gary to remodel our first floor and kitchen( and he will do our upstairs as well). He estimated 5 months and completed the project just over 4 months later. The easiest 4 months I have ever spent. The Potter team comes to work at 7:30 sharp and works till the day's schedule is done. Every day. The schedule is on the wall and you can see what is upcoming. The work is planned 30-60 days out, with an estimated end date. The subs show up on time, do their work and you never know they have even been there. The house is kept clean and neat. The Potter team and subs are courteous to you and your neighbors, respectful and thoughtful. If there is a problem it is addressed immediately in an adult fashion. Potter understands accountability and responsibility. If they say they will do something, it is done. I never had to ask; indeed some things were done as a surprise! I could write a book about contractors. It would begin and end with Potter Construction as the template.
We had 4 windows replaced in a family room, and it was a fantastic experience. They spent a good amount of time measuring and fully examining the existing windows, and it really paid off. There was one day of prep once the replacement windows arrived, and then they did all the windows, including priming the outside trim, in one day. I left in the morning and came home that evening to see the job completely done and cleaned up.
I've hired Potter Construction for a few projects around my house - projects both ultra-large and small - and have been incredibly impressed, every time! The work was supremely well done - better than I expected or paid for. They overbuild, paying minute attention to the details, and the project gets done well and gives me a confidence not usually possible in a building over 100 years old.
