We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.
I was known as a perfectionist with over 25 yrs. of experience in carpentry and painting having my own contracting business, but I was schooled by some true artist. The siding and paint are beyond anything I ever imagined. Some of the comments my friends have made after seeing my house were "It looks fake", It looks as if it was molded as one piece", and "Did they use the same paint used in pick-up beds". These comments were made by three seasoned contractors with a total of over 80 yrs. experience between them. I still am a perfectionist, but I am so glad I hired the artist of Dura Craft to replace the siding and paint my house.
DuraCraft was in the neighborhood working on my neighbors house, I decided to stop and take a look, the craftmanship was there, thats when I decided to call duracraft and get a quote to replace the siding on my house.The price was resonable, so I let them go ahead and do the job and glad I did, it really changed the apperance of the house. From quote to completion of our re-siding project, Duracraft of Georgia was a class act. They have a very good record of recommendations. Their sales approach was straightforward. Their quoted price was reasonable. Crews were on-site when they were supposed to be and kept us informed about any work schedule changes (e.g. rain delays). Crews were well equipped, skilled, and courteous. Their office staff was well organised and kept on top of the project. There no attempts to upsell questionable additional work, but they were responsive and reasonably priced out changes we requested during the project. We are well pleased with Duracraft of GA and would recommend them to others.
