Quality of the products used and resolving the issues as soon as possible. We liked the choices in the design studio and the flexibility in the design/plan that we could make. We liked working with Terri Pritchett during the plan review meeting and later too.

Gina Maxfield - she is an excellent representative for Woodland Homes...Being a spec home, the builder team did a great job of coordinating the colors and material selections throughout the home.

Gina was very helpful and knowledgable. She really made the process smooth for me.
