When it came to installing the windows, WindowPRO was pretty professional. The office staff was fine, although they never explained why the rebate came so late. The salesperson really gave me the impression that he just wanted to sell the item, after which he just cut his strings. Nobody ever came back to make sure that everything was installed properly.
What I can tell you is that I was not satisfied with my first time with WindowPRO. However we liked the product so much that we actually used them two more times, for two more installations, and were imminently satisfied. The product is wonderful.
Superb experience from start to finish. The sales person took their time and explained all of our options from the first meeting we had and worked with us to get the best solution for our home at the right price. The installation crew was exceptional and worked in the middle of winter but kept our home clean and only open to the elements for short periods of time. A fantastic experience.
I just think from start to finish, I followed the recommendation of the salesman. Everything he said proved to be correct. The installers were good, I had no complaints, they did an excellent job and I was happy from start to finish.

It was funny because I'd never heard of WindowPRO before, but after the first time I worked with the salesperson, I was so impressed. I presented my needs and I told him that I had been shopping around, and that I needed his help. He presented a good quality product, the fiberglass. I said that I had a budget limit and he was willing to make an extra effort to meet my budget needs while still offering the quality product I wanted. They also presented the lifetime warranty, so I was very impressed. I immediately signed the contract to go with WindowPRO. The crew was very good, and the scheduling went smoothly. I am very impressed, and I would definitely work with WindowPRO again and recommend them to friends and family.
The salespeople are very knowledgeable and can make recommendations based on my needs. They understand the balance of quality of material and budget. I think that's important. Also, the lifetime warranty is another thing I liked. They provide a lifetime guarantee with the manufacturers warranty, and they do a quality check after a year.
I had dealt with Pella before, because my old windows were Pella. It didn't work out, so I'm glad I found WindowPRO.

I did consider other companies. I chose WindowPRO from what we understood of the quality and the lifetime warranty.
The area where I was most satisfied with WindowPRO was the actual installation of the window. It was a complicated job.
The only problem I had was the screen had a tear in it. The person who was installing it said that he would come back with a new screen. The customer service person on the phone was right on it.
They did a great job, and I'm very happy. The Marvin window seems great. We had LT windows before, and they come close to matching my old windows. We replaced six out of twenty-six, and they match well. The Marvin windows is better than my old ones, so I am thrilled. They had a special program at the time and helped me out. They came in a week and a half ahead of schedule. It worked out well for me.
The WindowPRO salesman talked me into putting in replacement windows instead of using a Marvin kit. I took his advice and we were very happy with our experience. The windows came out perfect. The staining matched the other woodwork. They did a fantastic job. The crew cleaned up everything and hauled everything out. You couldn't tell by that evening that we had replacement windows put in. We are very happy with everything.
The windows I had put in came really close to matching the ones that I had taken out, so it worked out well. You can hardly notice that they've been changed.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
