WindowPRO's product is excellent and I enjoyed working with the sales representative. As far as getting the windows in on time as promised, they fell short. The person in the office told me one date and they arrived another.
I like the product. I am happy with the windows. I was happy with the way they were installed. But there was still a communication lap as to how the work was performed and what was eventually completed. And it mainly had to do with some of the exterior part of the work, not the actual product. Some of the stuff we discussed wasn't performed the way we discussed it and I had the salesperson out here along with the crew foreman and we went over the entire facet of the job and it was not performed to the way we discussed. I would not be comfortable recommending them to someone that I know.
This was the second time we've used Window Pro. We really liked our sales representative, Kevin. He greatly assisted us by making sure the needs and costs were met regarding our project.
I felt more like a family member as opposed to just as customer with WindowPro. They were all very warm and professional. The installer was highly efficient and professional. I would recommend them to all my friends and family members.

Having been a Marvin customer for 37 years, we have been greatly satisfied with the quality and endurance of the Marvin window product and when looking for a new window was delighted that Marvin was still available and we were able to purchase very similar windows as replacements where needed. i believe Windowpro is a very professional company. They followed through on all aspects of the project, and they were very confident in their ability to replace the windows in our home.
The painters hired by WindowPRO to stain the new windows did a TERRIBLE job. They wanted to be done quickly rather than doing a good job. They arrived at my home in 7 different cars. They did a bad job on the 1st day and were never able to truly right the wrong. Just not a professional crew. The response by WindowPRO to my complaints about the painters was way too slow and was never satisfactory. WindowPRO promised that they would not send the same crew back, but eventually (more than a month later) told me no other crew was available and that I could either take $1,000 and hire my own painters or allow their crew back to try to fix the problem. Eventually I just became tired of battling. I was pleased with their installers and the Marvin windows have performed great. I would not refer anyone to WindowPRO and will go elsewhere for any future window needs.
They finished earlier than we were expecting. The only negative comment I can make is that I could have done a better job putting the miters on the inside trim. Other than that, they did a very good job.
We've been very pleased with the installation. They've taken care to make sure they put down drop cloths all around the house. WindowPRO has been accommodating as far as doing the work around our schedule, which has been extremely helpful on our end. They are also here now on a Saturday, which is obviously convenient for us.
I was pleased with the knowledgeable staff at the showroom. The sales person was also knowledgeable about the product. We were impressed with the quality and aesthetic aspects of the project. Both crews we have worked with in the past two years were professional and very skilled.
The salesman answered our questions over the phone and came out and gave a good explanation. The installation man answered further questions. We were well prepared on what was going to happen.

Certainly the installation crew. Whoever was the foreman of the crew did a very, very good job. They all did, but he was the director of what was going on and I am very happy about how he got the job under the circumstances -- It was 12 degrees outside the day of installation.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
