I was most satisfied with the customer service of Westpoint Homes. They were attentive to my needs. Also, the quality of my home is exceptional.
This is the third house my family has built with Westpoint in Deer Creek Village in the last 4 years. That says it all to me.
I was extremely happy with the help from DeAnn on picking tile, paint, flooring, everything for the home, inside and out. She made it easy and fun! I am also so very happy with anything that came up that it only took one phone call to Abdi for an answer!

Jim was great to work with! I enjoyed meeting and working with him. I appreciated his willingness to accomodate my schedule to look at multiple homes and answer questions. No pressure, straight forward, very helpful - my family and I really valued his involvement in this process.

She was always accessible and quick to address any concern of mine, no matter how small . She also followed up to be sure that my needs had been met. Kellee was patient and a pleasure to have in my home. He made great efforts to be sure I was satisfied with every detail of my home.

Everyone has been very professional, personable, knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. There are two examples that stand out the most in my mind:-The night the offer was accepted, I dropped my parents by to show them for the first time. Jim was just closing up the open houses on the block, but said we should go on through it & take our time. He came back by as we were just about finished and asked us if we had any questions. He answered all of them very thoroughly, gave us his own walk-through, and we were there probably past 8pm speaking with him & getting to know him a little bit. We unintentionally extended his work day well beyond what it should have been that night, but he seemed very willing to accommodate us.-Closing day went incredibly smoothly. The Westpoint group had their materials so organized that they were able to seamlessly settle their paperwork while the title company briefly stepped out to make photocopies. It felt like it was a flawless closing after hearing horror stories from everyone else I'd talked to about their closing experiences with other lenders, sellers & title companies. Westpoint was a big part of making it such an easy experience.

Very easy to deal with. They have a pretty good response. They're easy to deal with in closing on the house and it's just one of the better experiences I've had with houses.

The customer service could not be better. The responsiveness is incredible, and the willingness to work with the client is wonderful. We really felt that Westpoint was trying very hard to make us happy throughout the process.
