Quality of craftmanship and materials. I had a few visits to the home under construction and was able to view the process as it unfolded. In all cases the workers seemed to provide knowledgable and quality craftsmanship. Also, the attention to energy efficiency was of interest to me, as well as the overall aesthetic pleasure of design and placement.

They've really been on top of communicating and reminding us of warranty timelines. Right at the beginning they were very welcoming. They would let us into the house whenever we wanted, and they set up the process for us, which was nice.

Personal interactions with staff. The representatives from WH we met and dealt with were very corteous, attentive and efficient.

I am incredibly happy with the home that I purchased through Westpoint. They have paid attention to detail throughout the home and completed everything on the punch list very quickly. I particularly love all the windows and high ceilings in the house and that the house backs up to the wooded greenbelt along the creek which is beautiful. It is incredible that they have given such attention and provided such nice details and fixtures in a home that is in my price range. I feel that Westpoint homes is an incredible value for the money and that their customer service is really top-notch. As a first-time homebuyer the assistance that they provided was extraordinary and I felt like they provided a lot of support throughout the process. I feel that Westpoint Homes goes above and beyond and the they really care about their customers and want them to be happy in their homes. The gift card that they gave at the closing was so thoughtful and kind and really meant a lot to me. De-Ann and Kristen are really wonderful and answered all my questions throughout the home-buying process. We were satisfied entirely with the builder and were impressed with the carpentry work and the landscaper that they had chosen. Also, I would like to note that David, the person in charge of warranty work has been great, and so was Deanne, who helped with the interior design of the house.

I think these people are incredible and they stay in time. They care a lot about their business. It is quite refreshing. I am very happy with my home.
