The project plan Ben came up with was very good, timely, and followed very well. TRI has great subcontractors. We especially liked the flooring people who worked endlessly to get us the floors that were JUST RIGHT. The painting was so much better than I expected and the bathroom shower and counter are much better than we hoped for. We love the can light arrangement in the basement and to now have a three way switch for the steps is very nice. All the details were taken care of. It is amazing that in the end having water damage turned out to be the start of something so enjoyable. We didn't just restore - we remodeled. And it got done just the way we wanted - no -better than we originally wanted. It was very nice to have a good insurance company who worked with TRI and vice versa.
We were very pleased with the quality of work and materials. The work was completed on time on a tight schedule. Charlie's attention to detail and to high quality work resulted in a renovation project that will be enjoyed for years.
I have heard of a lot of horror stories about remodeling companies. However, Thompson Remodeling was great and is a very professional company.
They were very good.
They were terrific. We really appreciated the workmanship. It was wonderful. They were extremely organized. Their word was their word. You could trust everything they said and it worked out well.
I've been referring them to everybody. They did a fantastic job! We love them.
It was the first good experience I've had with anybody in construction and I've done many a project.
I would say that on top of the quality of the work they do that is top rate, we appreciate their integrity and their honesty, and we received both. This is our second project with them, they are top rate in everything they do and when we have another project to do, we will use them again.
They were very nice.
They are better than other remodelers.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
