I love our bathroom! Because of health issues we needed to make the shower more handicapp accessible. Janet working closely with contractor to ensure grab bars were placed in correct position and design completed as request. She did exceptional job.

I think a couple of things really stand out, like the level of communication. When they're in your home they have a lot of consideration while working and cleaning up. It was more like having a social visitor. They're very considerate. I enjoyed every phase of this experience, and each of the people. They're all very knowledgeable and professional, and they're easy to communicate with.

We liked the way she approached our intial meeting, getting to know our likes and dislikes, asking what worked well in our current kitchen and what we wished we could change. From that discussion, her creative abilities took over and she helped us design our dream kitchen.Janet was sensitive to our budget, but wasn't afraid to offer higher-priced alternatives for us to consider. As a reseult, I think we ended up with a design that was not only functional, but added flare and style we wouldn't have otherwise considered on our own.We were extremely pleased with the communication and ease of coordination that took place between The Avenue and Menold Construction. Janet had all the cabinets, plumbing,backsplash tile, wood flooring, etc. ordered well in advance so it was ready to go at the time Menold needed it. As a result, there were no delays and the project actually completed ahead of shcedule.The kitchen has exceeded our expectations, and The Avenue Kitchens and Baths made the experience a very positive one.
