Southwest Exteriors personnel were positive and professional. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. I also appreciated the speed with which they completed the construction and installation related to my project. I had an entire wall knocked out, reframed, windows installed, and interior and exterior finishes completed within 4 or 5 business days between Thanksgiving and Christmas! Very efficient. What a joy!
How quickly the job was completed. Once construction began, it was quickly and efficiently completed.
I was most pleased with their friendliness.

We were "sold" before we went Southwest Exteriors. The on-line reviews of Renewal by Anderson windows are positive about the quality of the product, but are critical of he human-to-human interfaces on ordering, installation, and warranty items. Don't let this scare you off! Southwest Exteriors remedies this by acting as an excellent "go-between". We had BOTH a quality product installed and outstanding customer support.
True Professionals... Good People
They came out Christmas Eve, and they were so nice. It was cold and rainy, and they were very good. They cleaned up the whole kitchen when they got done.
They took as much time as I needed them to take. They answered my questions thoroughly. The most important thing was their customer relations.
The final product looks good and the house is protected, which is my main concern.
The man that came to show us the windows was very good and explained everything. He did a very good job and the follow-up was very good.

Actually they go above and beyond. We are putting in a pool and the pool builders put on the window frames is pulling off paint, and Southwest is coming back to repaint for us.
They were all really professional and they seemed to like what they were doing. The installers were very nice and friendly, they made me feel comfortable about having them in my home.

After the first design meeting, Southwest met all of my expectations. The materials and crews arrived on time. The installers were phenomenal as far as being clean even telling me not to put my dogs up that'd be fine. They were very animal friendly people. I felt like they were friends. They were such good people. The installers that they used were generally good people. I would highly recommend them.
The most positive thing about my experience with Southwest Exteriors was working with the excellent installers. They were fantastic.
You staff is exceptional. They are always friendly, courteous, helpful without being pushy. I commend you for gathering such quality around you. Appreciate them. It is becoming quite difficult to find those with common sense and a desire to do their very best work.
