Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

One problem we had was with the plumbing. They had to take out the kitchen counters but they cut the plumbing lines in locations that made it difficult for the plumbers to reattach the plumbing. I suggest that they be careful next time and don't make it a problem for the plumber to reconnect the plumbing lines

I would tell you that, from the start, John Evatt was phenomenal at meeting my needs in a timely fashion. He made something happen that day to get the smell out of my house. I was very pleased with him and his whole staff.

The folks from Servpro were great. Our entire downstairs was flooded as the result of a hot water heater leak. Our flooring had to be removed , baseboards, insulation under our home replaced, downstairs painted and flooring replaced.Servpro either did the work or helped make arrangements to have different...

We have Thermofoil kitchen cabinets that were white but have yellowed over the last 15 years. Can you paint Thermofoil?
