Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Very professional and efficient. Got out to my flooded property first thing the next morning and had it all set up and drying within hours. Firmly convinced their speed of response saved me from more damage and a bigger claim.

ServPro was extremely efficient. They showed up early the next day, assessed the damage and had their equipment in place by early afternoon. They also kept in touch with me throughout the entire process.

The ServPro crew were entirely professional and great to work with. You're not dealing with the best of situations when you need ServPro's help, but ServPro took care of things, got it right without any worries or concerns. ServPro was a tremendous help during this disruptive period.
