I thought they did a good job explaining the options and configuring what we needed in our situation. They were professional in the installation and in the followup explaining the operation of the system.

One way in which I was very satisfied with Scudder Solar Energy Systems was that the rails they put in were chrome and we didn't like the look of them because they were too shiny so Scudder painted them for us like it was no problem.
I was very excited about the potential of solar energy and I was very happy Scudder really knew what they were doing. They backed up their promise of efficiency by providing me with an additional warranty from the solar company and I was very impressed with that.
I would like to recognize Jason and Kevin, the Installers, for their exceptional service.
We are most satisfied with the amount of money we saved.
The quality of the materials.
Generally satisfied from start to finish
The electrician who did the work was really good (Jason).
I would recognize Kelly for exceptional service.
I was most satisfied by Scudder's customer service. They resolved all problems.
Clear explanations, nice people to work with.
Jason did a great job.
So often in today's world you get charged a professional price and get handyman quality, yet that was not the case working with Scudder Solar Energy Systems. We received only the most efficient workers and a fully qualified product.
I think the complete professionalism of the way the project was done. I paid a professional price and revived a professional product and installation.
Scott was very good from the original estimate and analysis of what was needed. Devon was good and Jason (I believe that was his name) the project foreman was good.
Pretty much all -- the initial analysis, the analysis of how to correct some design problems or challenges, seemed fair in giving out credits where there were savings available, and the final completion (the workmanship) was neat. There were just a few items that weren't perfect like some dropped screws where they could have been a little more tidy, but most everything was just fine.
I'd recognize Scott Mayfield and also the gentleman who did the electronic hookups. I enjoyed his responsiveness and his willingness to explain things.
The personnel were professional, and they had answers to our questions.
I'd recognize the onsite foreman for great service.
The roofing and the quality of the system is good.
I would like to recognize Jennifer Scudder, she seems to make things happen.
I was most satisfied with the workmanship on the job.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
