I was most satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the care that they took. I was also satisfied with the communication throughout the project and their willingness to address issues. Those areas were outstanding.

Jason Johanson, Bonnie Bruner, George Metzler were exceptional people to work with in every regard.

Jason was a top-notch supervisor assigned to our project. Jason is the guy who everyone would want to run their job. I am a finished carpenter and I see his fine qualities. Jason is a very dedicated man to his employer and his customer. The framing crew was awesome; electricians did everything we asked them to do; HVAC figured a way to heat and air condtion our home in the most cost-effective manner; and plumbers were courteous.

Bonnie was very helpful. At the start of the project she guided us with lighting selection and took care of the fan order. She kept us up to date as best she could on the daily/weekly schedule.

I was most satisfied with the communication they kept with us throughout the process. George, our salesman, was great to work with. Bonnie helped my wife with picking our things for our project. The whole staff was very helpful.

I was given a date for the project to begin and given a time frame for completion including dates in which what project would take place. It all went to plan just as the schedule suggested.

I can't say enough about John Fairfield. He was courteous and made every attempt not to interrupt the flow of my family's daily routine. He listened to my concerns, changes, and additions and made it all happen seamlessly.

I thought that the project manager Ryan Rittenhouse did a really excellent job of keeping me apprised of the situation and keeping my expectations on track as to what they were doing.

Ryan Rittenhouse - he became part of our family for almost a year between the two projects and we always felt like he was giving our project the care and attention he would give to one at his own home.
