The product is a high quality product. Carefully applied, it would make anyone satisfied. It may be a little more expensive. I'll let you know after 25 years go by. If it holds up, I'll be very happy.
My experience was very professional. The people that prepared the walls and did the work were very good. They always kept me informed about when they would be here. I like the way the house looks now. It almost looks like a brand new house. I am very satisfied.

I was searchng for a more durable coating than ordinary house paint. The materials used today no longer protect the surfaces of buildings, windows, and trims. I had only to deal with the forman or supervisor of the hard working team. He was very articulate and addressed my questions/needs without hesitation. If there was any doubt he immediately sought assistant by the 'front office.'An excellent supervisor, very professional; a credit to the company. His name is Gilbert.
Jeff was thoroughly familiam will all aspcets of the product and was able to answer all inquiries without delay or having to consult materials. He was able to provide on the spot references or examples of work performed elsewhere. An excellent representative of his company.
The employees all functioned very well. They were very professinal in the roles they played. Jeff answered all our questions very thoroughly and we were very satisfied with that. His wife came out and was helpful selecting colors. The two workers, particularly Carlos, were very nice. We had no complaints whatsoever. They all seemed to go the extra mile.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
