Everything ! We hardly knew they were here.The pride and professionalism that Mr. Priester shows on every stage of our project. From demo to the dazzling finish was a great remodelingexperience. Just look at anything that Priester's Custom Contracting does ...the quality and attention to detail speaks for itself.

We are usually uncomfortable recommending businesses or companies to others because it is tough to get consistent, reliable services or products anymore. We were recommended to Priester's through a friend and were comfortable with the friend's recommendation due to our trust in him.. After having worked very closely with the Priester's, day in and day out, remodeling our home from top to bottom, we quickly learned that Priester's offer a rare form of service nowadays. We learned that trust, honesty and quality can still be found in a custom home builder. And we mean, ABSOLUTE total trust, and confidence! If I found a friend struggling with choosing between two builders, I would have no problems with convincing them to use Priester's.

Mr. Priester was usually the first on the job site and the last to leave. He educated us when we asked, and provided us with options and choices that worked in with our budget and desires. He never tired of our presence on the job site, he always invited it. We were free to talk to any or all of the subcontractors and ask them questions too. He also welcomed competitive bids from qualified subcontractors of our choosing. However, we usually found that his subcontractors had much better products for much better prices. So to pick one or a few areas that they excelled in would also be as difficult as naming any shortcomings. They did a terrific job for us!!

We would have difficuly naming anything. As crazy as it may sound, Mr. Priester worried about each and every detail, more than myself and my husband! And we feel like we are kind of perfectionists ourselves.
