I had to travel on business during the project, leaving my wife at home to deal with the stress of the master bath remodel. The OTB team was very helpful each day, ensuring any (if any) concerns were addressed each day, making the process far less stressful.

We discovered termites during the demo and the OTB team worked with our pest company to ensure the situation was properly delt with while holding to the project schedule.

Michael Hamilton provided a professional, extensive and highly detailed bid in person. His team started the project on time and the projected proceeded exactly as he described. Michael allowed me to make changes during the project, documenting the details in several addenda to ensure we were on the same page. Everything in the contract was fulfilled exactly as described in the bid. Michael's team was courteous and professional. If I had questions, they took the time to answer. On Time Baths took the necessary steps to protect my walls and floors during construction and covered my furniture with plastic. I'm very happy with the result. My new bathroom is a work of art. Michael provided multiple status updates daily and was on-site multiple times per day. If I emailed him a question, I could always count on a fast response.
They were great and I would recommend them to my friends and if I need something done again I will contact On Time Bath.
My son is an architect in Florida and when I wanted work done on my bathroom he went on the internet and found 3 builders. We had the 3 companies come out and we were sold on On Time Baths. I'm very happy with my choice because they were great. Michael Hamilton was good about telling me what was going to be done.

They were professional from day one from presenting the bid to sticking to the budget. They had very generous budgets. I could get nice tile, things you would put in a nice home. They were neat and clean. They were early every day and worked until the end of the day. They cleaned up after themselves every day.
A friend of ours referred them to us. They had had some work done on their bathroom.
I think they were very professional. I was very comfortable with their staff being in my home. I really liked Michael a lot. He has a great attitude and obviously loves what he does very much. They did a great job. They were very neat and clean. They were always early to our home.

On Time Baths started the project when they committed to and stayed on course. Unexpected problems were handled, evaluated and choices were given to overcome the problem at a reasonable price. The area was cleaned up each day before the works left. On Time Baths employees are very courteous and we felt very comfortable having them in our home. Our bathroom turned out better than we had hoped and we will use On Time Bath again.

Michael was very commited to delivering on what he promised, and I appreciated his attention to detail. I felt like everyone worked very hard to complete the project to our specifications and schedule. Issues that we pointed out were quickly corrected. Very happy with the end result.
My husband and I are so please we went with On Time Baths. We love to show our friends our new bathroom. Everyone thinks it is extraordinary. We do too!
