I've used Normandy in the past for my home projects, and they did an excellent job. I had the opportunity to use them on a different project last year, and they did an excellent job on that. I have worked with Tony Tondelli and Greg Glatz in the past, and I would highly recommend them. Normandy does a great job, and they're a great company to work with.
After having our kitchen remodeled with Normandy, we decided to use them for our bathroom. Kathryn O'Donovan was a very good designer, she helped select and design everything. She is very friendly, courteous and is always full of ideas. She generally understood what I was looking for and was able to design a bathroom style with all the fittings. All the workers were very polite, came on time, and were very courteous. I would definitely recommend Normandy. Normandy is totally worth.
I was extremely satisfied with quality of work and the knowledge of Heather and Ken. All subcontractors were courteous, kind, and great artisans. Normandy Remodeling offers a great selection of materials. They were very timely and addressed all of our concerns. I hope other people have the same experience I did.
Normandy Remodeling has gone above and beyond. They are extremely cooperative when answering questions and addressing concerns. They handle everything perfectly. I didn't like how one tile looked and they fixed it right away. I can't say enough to commend them. There is no sloppy work done.
Disappointing. We solicited 3 bids from reputable builders in the area and went with Normandy-even though they were the highest bid-due to the positive on line reviews. The painted cabinets are noticeably cracked along the seams-as if they were not painted properly - Normandy is unconcerned about this issue we presume because they have been paid in full. There were several design issues (cabinet that cut into a hallway making it impassable, refrigerator cabinet that did not cover the side of the refrigerator , etc) that caused months of delays. As far as we are concerned, this project is still not 100% complete.
We are very sorry that your remodeling experience was disappointing to you. We do our best to make the remodeling process go as smoothly as possible, but occasionally issues will arise that can cause delays or unexpected outcomes. We are currently working closely with the cabinet manufacturer to find a suitable solution to the cracking you are experiencing on your cabinets. We acknowledge that nothing can give you back the time that was taken through delays and frustration, and we hope that our commitment to your long term satisfaction will become evident to you in the upcoming months and years. Occasionally there are miscommunications or issues that slip through the cracks, and our commitment to making every customer a raving fan is one of the primary reasons why we survey our clients after the project is complete.
Our experience with Normandy Remodeling was a breath of fresh air. We are very satisfied with their remodeling of our kitchen and addition of a new first floor master bedroom and sunroom, all completed according to schedule. Normandy’s attention to detail during their planning, design, and construction was impressive. Their design, by Gary Cerek, was both beautiful and practical. The construction, supervised by Ken Garrison, was completed in a careful, efficient, and timely manner. All their employees and subcontractors produced quality work.
Gary Cerek was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and courteous while working with us on our remodeling project. Mr. Cerek always kept us informed as to the necessary details of the project. His guidance, along with the help of Sharon Weldzius, ensured a successful design that was both beautiful and practical.
WE had a great experience with doing our room addition thru Normandy. Our designer Terry was terrific, meeting all our needs in a creative manner. I especially appreciated how she listened to our desires, looked at the style and design of our house and designed the new room to look like a natural extension of the existing house. Ken, our supervisor, kept us up to date on when each portion of the project would be done. The project came in ahead of schedule due to careful scheduling of the subcontractors. The room looks great and the craftmanship is top notch. We highly recommend Normandy.

Normandy Builders and the staff are very professional. John and Rick both responded promptly to any questions or issues we had. Our only problem was with the sub-contractors. Everyone was nice and did complete their job. However, almost everyone made an error that required a return visit, especially the plumber and the electrician.
We had Kathryn as our designer. She was very professional and understood my needs. She incorporated them into the design. She did a great job. The team led by Andy did a great job. They are the best. I would recommend them to anyone who can use them. I had heard they were the best but after using them, I know they are the best.

The designer, the architect, the job superintendent, and all other Normandy employees and subcontractors are committed to giving the client the best possible result. Of the two projects we have done with Normandy, this was the most extensive. This was also the best run project thanks to the dedicated work of Chris Beck our superindentent. I like to watch the work in progress. I was able to ask questions of the workmen that they readily answered. The end result was excellent and has drawn many positive comments from our neighbors. Normandy Builders is a wonderful company which provided excellent service with our remodeling project. From the beginning when we met with Gary and Sharon, we knew we would be pleased! Each step of the project met or exceeded our expecations. Gary and Sharon were mindful of our budget and respected our ideas and wishes. They were able to suggest materials that were of high quality, and at the same time stayed within our budget. Our project was completed in a timely fashion thanks to the direction of Chris Beck our project manager who kept the construction schedule moving. Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
