McArthur Homes is definitely professional. We enjoyed having them as a contractor, and they made the process exceptionally easy. We were very pleased that they were willing to work with us when we found issues throughout the project, and make sure that we were happy with out final product.
I was satisfied with the people - I think those that we interacted with were professional and courteous and I think the quality of the workmanship is excellent.
We love the home and are completely satisfied with the professional conduct of McArthur Homes. This is a beautifully crafted home.
Most everything went well and mcarthur homes did a great job. The only thing I am not too happy with is the fact that we still have warranty work, that they have been informed about, that is yet to be completed. The person over the warranty work, Glenn, seems annoyed that we are even asking for some of the warranty work.
Poor followthrough and construction managers, great sales team and lenders. All unfinished construction will be put to a halt once you sign; I have been fed a hearty and nutritious amount of untrue verbal commitment to the point that I wish I would have used a different builder. Goals and numbers are clearly more important than customer satisfaction.
Love the Cameron floor plan; the Design Center, not so much! Not only was it not well organized, but we were omitted important information. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.
We love the floor plans offered in the homes and how they encompassed every thing we were looking for. We looked at other builders and the designs in comparison were lack luster. We are enjoying showing off our new home and sharing it with family. It took a bit longer to build than we anticipated but it was worth the wait. The house is wonderful!
The process for picking out the McArthur home was very simple. It's a nice community, and they have excellent home choices that made the selections process really good. At the design center I felt that there was a decent amount of selections and they were very helpful with any questions that we had. Once the home was finally complete, we were more than satisfied with what we had selected based on the options available and based on their recommendations. Our home is better than we could have hoped for.
Of the home builders that we considered for building our home McArthur Homes gave us the best of both quality and economics. McArthur Homes built us a wonderful, quality home for much less than the other home builders were asking in the same area. If I were to ever build another home I would definitely work with McArthur Homes again.
McArthur homes is very easy to work with and they build high quality homes for a very reasonable price. I absolutely love my townhouse, it is gorgeous. I was surprised at how affordable the upgrades were, as well as by the amount of upgrade choices that were available! Thank you McArthur for making my dream home a reality!
It was interesting. We were looking for a new home, and we saw the community from the freeway. We weren't planning on settling on anything that particular day, but when we walked into the clubhouse we had a great feeling about the builder. Jesse was great. When we saw the model home, my wife fell in love with it immediately. We were planning on visiting a couple other places, but we didn't even bother. We picked out our lot and got started right away. A friend of mine had some problems with other companies, but I went by the house on a daily basis and everything was top-notch work, on schedule. Any issues that I did find were fixed nearly immediately. I couldn't believe how quick they were to respond to any issues I had. They never tried to convince me that what I wanted wasn't right. The design center was amazing. We were able to know exactly what came stock and what were upgrades. There were way more options than we expected. They made it easy to see all the colors and patterns together. We love the interior of our home. Sarah, at the design center, helped us match colors really well. The design and build experience were really fantastic. They got a little behind on the schedule, but they always kept us appraised. That was just a minor inconvenience. Jesse kept us up to date. We really appreciated the blueprint review, with John. John even made some recommendations that we didn't think about. That was unexpected. It was great to be able to go over everything. Our final walkthrough was great too. I thought it would just be about going through the house, but it was more than that. They gave us recommendations on how to care for different parts of the house. Those are things that we didn't necessarily think about. They even left us a spackle and caulking kit and wall-colored paint. McArthur goes above and beyond to make sure it's a good experience.
McArthur Homes made the whole process easy. When it came down to buying a new or used house McArthur really settled the deal for us in terms of what we wanted. They made it easy to look at homes and lots. The purchasing was easy, and the staff could not have been more attentive to our needs and desires.
I would like to recognize Jeff MacFarlane, for sure. He would make himself available by telephone and when we went over to see him. He would contact the building crew if we had a concern. We could not have been more pleased with the way he handled any question or concern. He took our comments to heart. It was very nice and refreshing.
I am a contractor, myself, so I was pretty critical of them to make sure that they delivered a good product. Overall I think it is a good product, however, the decision making process was more difficult than I expected.
The sales process was seamless and easy and the quality of the product was above expected. McArthur was professional at all levels and we appreciated their willingness to meet our needs.
Overall it was a great experience from the start to the end. They build quality homes and any type of issue that I encountered they were prompt to correct them. They answered my questions and responded to my phone calls in a timely manner.

I was totally impressed with the speed and quality of the finishing of my townhome. The whole process from start to finish was faster than I had ever expected it with delivery of my finished home early and in perfect shape for move in.
From the moment I walked into the front office and introduced myself to Jesse, he never forgot my name nor the home I was buying. Loralee was the same way. they were professional and understanding of my questions and were able to answer them promptly.
The overall process was really smooth. The sales staff was knowledgeable. The process was on schedule or ahead of schedule the whole time. The process was stress-free, or mostly stress-free.
We loved working with McArthur Homes. Everyone told us that building a home would be the most stressful process in the world. But we really enjoyed the creative process and the communication along the way was very thorough. Of course there were imperfections, but when we brought them up, McArthur fixed them almost immediately. We have recommended them to several friends.
My overall experience was below average. We were very dissatisfied with the customer service that McArthur brought to the table. They were unwilling to work with us at all throughout the process in regards to correcting issues that we had.
These guys are really nice to work with. Their staff are all very personable and easy to get along with. They are always prompt on getting back to you if you have a question or concern. We love our floor plan. I will recommend them to any of my friends that are looking to buy a home.
Jesse Curtis and Loralee (not certain on the spelling or her last name). They were always following up with me when there was an issue. They would call me back almost immediately when I left a message or sent an email. Jesse is still really friendly with us and makes us feel cared about, even though we've already closed the deal on the house, not like some companies that stop caring once they have their money.
We loved working with McArthur Homes... it was pretty cool to see the owner's of the company so involve in our build as they checked on the quality of every detail in our home. They include so many features that other home builders make you pay for, because they know these included features are some of the essentials that make a huge difference in giving you a home you'll always be proud of and enjoy. McArthur's Design Center made it much easier to make selections than any of the other builders we'd worked with. With so many samples of each type of flooring, cupboards, and countertops, we could put together a small demo of exactly what our house would look like... and in the end, it turned out great! Their floor plans are great too! We're so happy with the home that we have now, it's tough to say we'll ever move. Our neighborhood is beautiful and every home in it has proud owners.
We didn't have a great experience with McArthur Homes, We would not buy another home from McArthur. They did not communicate with us at all, nothing was on schedule and there was a lot we needed to have fixed. There were many problems with the grading of our lot and water run off. Many things that they said would be fixed we have had to call multiple times to have them fixed.
The quality of the workmanship and the design is excellent.
I was very satisfied with Jesse's service. He did a great job of not only informing us of the whole process and how it worked but also going to bat for us and trying to help us out with things. I also have been very impressed with the quality of the home itself and everything in it, the things they installed all work very well, we haven't had anything malfunction, and I just think we're getting a really good value for what we paid. I felt like we could trust McArthur - we didn't want a company that felt like a used car salesman and we really felt like we could trust McArthur.
I was most satisfied in the overall process. I felt like it was very well-organized. They let us know up-front everything that needed to happen. They answered the questions up-front rather than waiting until the middle of the building process. Jesse Curtis, specifically, was very easy to work with and helpful.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
