Jesse Curtis is the best in the business. I sold new homes for nine years. I know how difficult the job is but he makes it look very easy. He was always professional and available (even on his days off). I was amazed at how on top of things he was with every customer, not just us.

I was most satisfied with how McArthur Homes worked with me with me being in a wheelchair. They did that by making doors wider to accommodate for my chair and they did not charge a lot or in some cases not at all for those things.

Jesse was extremely professional and always helpful, as was the staff at the Design Center.

My Dad is a real estate agent and because he's so good at what he does, I found myself being pretty picky when we came across other agents in my search for a home. My dad is a hard worker, honest, follows through, etc. We worked with agents who didn't follow through and who were completely in it for the money... this was obvious. When we came across Jesse Curtis, I was amazed to find he possessed the same qualities as my Dad. He was amazing to work with!! He makes me feel like I can still contact him to this day, no matter what! He's so willing to help out, no matter how tedious the job. He's awesome!! He is the reason I bought through McArthur. I've talked with friends who have worked with Jesse as well, and they all have the exact same praise to give in his behalf! I have been so impressed with his work ethic, his honesty and his follow through. My Dad was impressed also. Dave McArthur was also extremely helpful and kind. As the owner, I appreciated him taking time to let me know that my situation mattered to him... something I won't forget. He took the time to respond to emails, and was sincere in his efforts to make sure I was happy. It seems as though this really is a wonderful company. I have been impressed with the owners and with Jesse for making this an overall good experience for me. Also, Jamie at the design center was great! She took as much time with me as I needed and was very helpful. I also appreciated John's help during my walk-through. His attention to the details amazed me. He also made me feel like no problem was too small to fix. Loved him! I could tell he understands how to make the customer feel important. Instead of brushing over repairs that were needed, he took the time to really notice anything that needed improving and seemed to find more than I did. He was awesome. I love the layout of my home... so impressive in comparison to other townhomes I looked at. I do wish my pantry was a little bigger, but I'm thankful to have one!

Everyone we worked with was pretty great. We felt that Jon Crookston, Jeff Mcfarlane and Roger Bess were especially helpful and patient when working with us.
