Construction projects can be intrusive in the short-term, so Masterworks is committed to maintaining minimal community impact and maximum value and satisfaction. We take great pride in our effort to minimize our impact on you and your neighborhood during construction. For example, our job sites are kept clean on a daily basis. When applicable we enclose our projects with screened fencing to reduce impact around the neighborhood. Our crew will take into account neighbors’ street access and convenience when parking and driving their vehicles and they are courteous and respectful.
Masterworks has the resources to assist our clients with all phases of a construction project – from the initial Design Concept through the Working Plans and Permitting Process, through the Construction phase, as well as Landscape Design and Installation. We enjoy being involved in all phases. This comprehensive approach also makes it easier for our clients - they have only one entity to go to for project accountability. It is one of the many reasons Masterworks continues to achieve such high client satisfaction.

He extended himself in ways that other contractors wouldn't: he helped us with the fireplace and surround sound. He kept working with us until we got what we wanted. Bill Leisy is an incredible source of information and expertise; the office staff is exceptionally prompt and helpful. Masterworks approaches each project according to what the customer wants to do, they do not promote a standard design or line of products. We have used them for three house renovations, we have yet to find a challenge they cannot tackle.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
