My English is not very good but overall I was happy with the product and installation. Thank you for your time. There was nothing bad about the installation at all.

The experience was good - I've had Leafguard gutters installed on the back, this time was the front. They did a good job, but I'm not happy with the way one of the downspouts was installed so I'd like them to contact me.

I was happy. They seem to have kept their word. That makes a big difference.

Leaf Guard of Seattle has been very professional. They got the job done when they said they would get it done. I believe that what they sold me was a quality product.

I was pleased with the fact that they got it done very quickly once they started.

Comment Area Of Satisfaction Renton, WA Jan 17, 2012

The speed with which the installation occurred, and the fact that it was not required for me to be present during the entire installation process. I have a tremendously busy schedule and it isn't eacy for me to take time off.

I like the matching color of the gutters with the trim of the fascia board and the monochromatic completion of the job with the roof and the exterior paint colors.

David worked with us and he gave me a good price. They did come out when he said.

Comment Area Of Satisfaction Woodinville, WA Jan 11, 2012

The system seems to work, and that is a big plus. It seems to have stopped the clogged gutter system.

The quality of the product. It's a real heavy duty material. It's a good product.

Comment Area Of Satisfaction Bothell, WA Dec 28, 2011

I was most satisfied with the product. It looks very nice, and does a good job. Also, the installation was done fairly quickly.

Comment Area Of Satisfaction Kirkland, WA Dec 21, 2011

It was very quick. The damage was done, and a couple of days later they came. They were here first thing in the morning, and got it done in a hour. It was good.

Comment Area Of Satisfaction Clinton, WA Dec 21, 2011

The area where I was most satisfied with LeafGuard of Seattle was with everything.

Comment Area Of Satisfaction Mountlake Terrace, WA Dec 06, 2011

LeafGuard of Seattle was wonderful. I was most satisfied with their patience because I had broken my back and my foot so I had to wait to do the work. During that time my roof leaked and I didn't want to put up new gutters on until we put on a new roof. LeafGuard waited for a year until I was ready.

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.

Important Information about choosing a Builder, Remodeler, or Contractor
