I have nothing but great things to say about Kirkpatrick and their subs, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends (in fact, already have). I consider myself a discerning consumer and I would not say this about many of the contractors that I have hired...but Kirkpatrick stands out as efficient, effective, honest, reasonable, and frankly a joy to work with. Thank you, Jason and team, for a job well done!

Kirkpatrick's suggestion (and business practice) of weekly design meetings were a big key to the project's success, and we really appreciated their taking the time to do this.

Nothing more could be done, the contractor was all the above and more. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the finished product. This has been the most rewarding experience with a contractor I have EVER had.

My entire neighborhood loved them! From sending "warning - under construction letters" in advance of the project, to accomodating any request from my community members, to greeting interested neighbors and children - they were OUTSTANDING!

Nothing at this time. Everything worked out perfectly and I have nothing negative to say.

Remodeling is very disruptive, however, Jason and his team made sure that we were comfortable with every step of the process. Any concerns and problems were handled and addressed quickly.

They were incredibly conscientious of everything they did. You could tell they all knew what the situation was here and they were especially good at communicating what they were going to do. They were great at understanding us and what we wanted.

They were just so thorough and wonderful I can't even think of anything they could have done differently. They were great about everything. Everybody there was just so conscientious. They all knew, even the subcontractors, that we had allergies so they were very careful about everything. They were also good about communicating everything that was going to happen. I can't think of how they could improve because everything was so perfect.

The employees and subs were very understanding of our somewhat unique situation -- I work from home part-time and was very pregnant with twins during construction. They were exceptionally courteous and professional.

We had particular concerns about dust and dirt and Kirkpatrick Construction staff kept the jobsite almost immaculate. It was very impressive!
