JAMBCO Construction

We listen to you. What is important to you? What questions do you have? How can we make the home building experience as positive as it should be?

We understand that we work for you. Your satisfaction is of the utmost important to us.

We care about our children's futures. We no longer live in the days when houses were only thought of as a concrete foundation, stick framed lumber, pipes, wire, sheetrock and some insulation. No, today we live in a world where houses are thought of as breathing, functioning, structures.

Energy is at a premium, and the environment is at risk, because of that housing codes continue to grow more and more stringent with regards to thermal performance. Houses are getting tighter, materials are changing constantly, and working with these materials requires constant attention to detail. It's one thing to nail some 2x4's together, plumb, square and level a wall, rough the mechanicals and throw sheetrock up. But what about the vapor barrier? What about penetrations through plates? What about the correct installation of the fiberglass batts? Are there any hollow cavities? Is your thermal envelope complete? Is your siding properly installed, are your flashing details correct and shedding water properly?

We understand budget limitations. We can work within just about any budget. If you are on a tight budget we can work with you, so that rather than build the cheapest house with poorest quality materials we will walk you through the home process and explain areas where money can be saved, and areas where you will want to spend a little extra to improve your home performance.

Financial power. JAMBCO Inc. has a 21 year history of being on strong financial ground and continues to be in a strong financial position, which allows us to build your home quickly, efficiently, and without any fear of delays due to financing issues.

Answers from contractors near Manchester, NH

What type of flooring could be installed over top of a cork floor that would both protect the cork floor underneath and be durable?
Oct 21, 2014
I would recommend a clik together flooring that would be floating over the cork. That way you canĀ install and remove it easily and there should be no damage to the cork below.
