Seth and Jeremy were very professional at all times. We had Monday teleconferences and they were punctual for those. They quickly resolved any issues that we raised during those teleconferences. Anna helped us pick out the materials that we used in our house. She was very professional and did a good job of pointing out our selections and the upgrades that were available. She did a very good job of coordinating the materials and colors.
I thought that HD Homes stayed close to the schedule well.

I was most satisfied with the punch lock and the 60 day process they provide. I know people who have experienced terrible follow through.
I was very pleased with how I was kept informed throughout the entire progress. Schedules were adhered to and all of my concernes were addressed timely. Everyone was courteous and very professional.

My experience with HD homes was outstanding. HD homes always kept me up to date on everything that I needed to know, and were always available to take my calls whenever I had questions. Kevin Parfitt was just amazing. If I ever had any questions or I needed to turn in paperwork, Kevin was always available even on his days off work.

What it really boils down to is that HD Homes exceeded my expectation in every area, and in every way. There really isn't much more than that I can say.

HD Homes did an outstanding job in building our beautiful new house. The quality and detail of the home exceeded our expectations, which were already very high. Seth Fowler and Jeremy Wilson were great to deal with, and they worked hard to meet all of our customization and upgrade demands. Seth even took weekly photographs and provided building progress updates weekly so that we could be part of the building process from out of state. Although there were a few minor changes needed and small delays in the building process, these guys pushed really hard to meet deadlines and were willing to make all of the corrections and modifications that we wanted. We would recommend HD Homes to our friends and we are super happy with the end result.The quality of the home exceeded our expectations. While building our home, we could trust that HD Homes would meet the building schedule and provided us with updates each step of the way. Seth even took picture for us and sent them almost every week - so we could be part of the building process several states away. We would recommend HD Homes to our friends. I felt like all of my concerns were addressed promptly and if there was a miscommunication, it was handled professionally and to my satisfaction.

I would recommend speaking with an attorney to address any potential errors in the construction process for Force Majeure or otherwise, also ask for a mandate of all communications to be in writing, and notes provided after all walk-through inspections by all parties to be agreed upon and submitted for parole evidence. I also would recommend that clauses are entered into the contract on behalf of customer regarding the yard grade, and quality of sod and landscaping as well as sprinkler system and drainage. HD Homes provides average materials and contractors who might fall below average and their work should be recoursed rather than an insurance policy on items. But we think the house looks lovely, just waiting and hoping that all we complain about is all there actually is. I would do things differently if I had to do them again with HD Homes, but I would consider doing business with them. It is just not as easy as advertised, and there are items they do not have the foresight to recognize before you sign the dotted lines. Talk to people who have done business with them. Maybe they will think of items that you would not on your own. It is a big undertaking building a house. Recognize that be willing to compromise.
The house LOOKS lovely. And I love my circle drive-way.
The home is great. The only suggestion I would have would be to add a few more storage areas in either the master bathroom or laundry room. There is ample area to add storage cabinets but the space is currently not being utilized. This is a very minor issue and I can easily add these on my own but thought it may be worth mentioning. Overall the buying process was fantastic and I am completely satisfied.

Seth is incredible! He made the whole process so easy. He was there to help with any questions from buying to closing. He is veryprofessional and was always available when we needed him.
When we had a slight problem with garage door, Jeremy had the problem taken care of quickly. He was available to us to take care of any problems that occurred.
Jeremy has been very informative and punctual, and has made the whole process very easy for us.
Jeremy and Gordon, made the whole building process enjoyable and fun. We are so glad we decided to build with HD.
Dealing with Jeremy Wilson. He is on top of things and tries his best to make sure things are completed correctly. I felt very comfortable working with him on the issues that I have had.
i have been in my home for a month and have found very few things they need to address during the 60 day walk thru. it appears the attention was very spot on. Jeremy Wilson was very professional and certainly deserves recognition for this project because it was done to a high quality and most importantly completed on time. Have nothing but good things to say about HD Homes
