We appreciate Matt's honesty and willingness to work with us. I also want to comment on the landscaping. When we were looking for a home, completed landscaping was a must. We are so pleased with the grass, shrubs, and tree (not to mention the sprinkler system). The landscaping adds so much to a home and is something we could not have done on our own.
No home will be perfect, but Matt quickly dealt with our punchlist (even items that may have seemed silly)
Absolutely. Because of the quality of products used in the home and the quality of workmanship on the home we trust Matt and would recommend him to anyone.
It is very important to us that the materials used and the appliances installed be of high quality. That is certainly the case with our new home. The workmanship of the home is not only beautiful but well done. Every detail from the layout of the tile to the cabinets and fixtures is excellent.
The uniqueness of this home in the design, layout, fixtures, and cabinets makes it stand out from other homes in our neighborhood.
My wife and I were first time home buyers new to Aiken. McGee Home Builders worked with us to make the process of signing the contract as easy as possible. They worked to make sure we got what we felt we needed out of our home. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. They are very professional and courteous and have always been quick to respond to any questions or follow-ups concerning our home.
