Betenbough Homes

Overall, working with and having a house built by Betenbough has been a near-flawless experience. They made everything such an easy process and we never had to call to ask questions- they kept us up to date on everything and gave us info on things we didn't even think of. There were a couple very minor things we noticed after moving in and they've been noted- it'll be passed on to Betenbough and I know it will help them become even better. I can easily say that we were treated better than we would have been anywhere else and I believe it's a testament to their faith and God's blessing. They were and have continued to be amazing! Although the finished home is nice, the process of getting there was troublesome. Betenbough representatives lacked communication with us and had trouble maintaining quality contractors and as a result the quality of our home suffered. Betenbough representatives found every reason as to why our home could not be built in a timely manner and it was never "their" fault. Overall, we are satisfied with being in a new home but if we could do it over again, we would have chose a different Builder elsewhere.

The employees were not truthful and they were unprofessional. Getting someone to call you back was not easy. We still have an oustanding issue that has not been addressed. We were told by Colby that we would be getting a water loop and that was totally not the case. When we have brought this to the attention of your employees, they asked us if we had this in writing and are not doing anything about it to resolve the issue.

Our house went up fast, and it is high quality. Since we have closed, they have done everything they said they would. They even showed me how to fix a couple of things. That way when our warranty us up I won't have to call the repair man!

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
