Quality of workmanship

My wife and I both love the finished product. It miraculously converted an under-used part of our home to one of the brightest and most useful spaces we have.

I had cost concerns which were addressed by G & L through shrewd design choices and accurate cost estimates. They stuck firmly to budget and delivered exactly what we agreed to.

G&L and Sons didn't necessarily quote us the lowest price, but they provided tremendous value in what they accomplished and how they executed and communicated.

G&L was extremely responsive, flexible, professional and effective. They communicated extremely well and were able to complete some other related tasks without much difficulty or extra cost.

Very professional team, top to bottom. From regular and clear communications, to always leaving he work site clean, I couldn't have asked for more.

Chris, Gene, and Dave were so great. It is a family owned and operated business so you would think because they are smaller they wouldn't run like a larger company but instead they take pride in their family owned atmosphere and the way they work in harmony is their key to success. Dave is especially patient and willing to go above and beyond and their dad is awesome and such a nice guy with years of experience and expertise. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. We were very happy with our job.

I was most satisfied with the disposition and general attitude of G&L because they were very optimistic about everything. If we did experience any hiccups during the project they weren't negative at all. They always kept a sunny disposition and assured me I had nothing to worry about and it would be taken care of. I always knew they would take care of it and they did.

I am very happy to go on record positively with G& L and Sons, and I'd recommend them and I'm still working with them. I feel confident that if anything were to come up I know they would resolve it down the road.

I was going to be out of state for much of the work and I thought I would have the contractor not continue with the work when I wasn't available. But after I saw how G&L and Sons worked I felt comfortable with letting them continue while I was gone. When I returned home I found that the project had been completed to my satisfaction and all of the work was done right. Very happy.

They are very professional, kept me apprised of any potential delays or problems along the way, had the job done on schedule, worked additions I made in to the project in easily and worked with me and assisted me with picking out things, layout, planning and suggestions for my bathroom which made the finished product even nicer than I had hoped for.

The suggestion I add the oak molding to the interior of the bathroom by G&L really made the difference.

To-date, happy with every aspect of the renovations: kept aware of progress, made aware of incidental findings which are quickly remedied, always responsive in a timely manner - very professional.
