We were moving into the home at the same time and were concerned about more frustration and mess. That never came to pass as they were very organized, followed a plan and accommodated us in every way.

We chose Distinctive Renovations on personal recommendation. After meeting the staff, we chose them because of their willingness to listen and incorporate our ideas into the over all plan, while staying within our budget. We liked that we could review drawings and make changes to fit our needs. We also felt assured that every detail or concern would be addressed a timely manner and it was.

We felt very secure leaving for work everyday knowing that our home would be locked when the crew left for any reason. Every person was very respectful of your home, belongings and personal time schedule. We felt we could trust all of the crew to do their job efficiently the first time. We were very impressed with the quality of the subcontractors - clean, friendly and always on time, ready to work every day. We also appreciated that we were able to stay within our budget and have a completion date. There were no "suprises" in the contract either before or after!

What we really wanted was to feel a connection with the business that we selected beyond that of being just a client. Case understood our expectations and made us feel very comfortable from the first telephone call to the last visit.

It was a benefit that they were they for us every step of the way. From drawing up our design to final completion. A situation arised in which their needed to be an adjustment made to our medicine cabinet and Case was right there to work with us on a resolution. We were moved from satisfied to loyal!!!

I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done. My kitchen turned out fabulous. I am now in the 21st century. I couldn't be happier with it.

We weren't sure what options were available to us in reconfiguring / optimizing the space as well as in materials and finishes. Gary and the team were excellent in researching, discussing and recommending options.

We had new windows put in on our porch. They put the new windows in and he wasn't happy with the framing that the people did and he had to come back and redo it. I thought that was great because he could have just left it.
