None. We have never been so satisfied with a contractor as we are with D.Dorrance & Son Builders. They were beyond wonderful to work with. We always knew they would follow through on what was promised. Our only negative was that we wished our project had started a couple weeks earlier to help beat some of the colder weather (as most of the project was exterior work). But, besides that we were very happy with the results.

Dave, Mike and Peggy Dorrance are absolutely one of the best building contractors we have worked with - ever. They have done two jobs for us - refinishing our basement after we had a problem and renovating our master bathroom. They show up on the day and at the time we agreed upon. They met the timeline they told us without rushing to be finished. Every day the job site was cleaned up. They did everything possible to cut down on the construction dust. The quality of their work clearly reflects the pride they take in their work. All of them have made suggestions to us that we incorporated into the job - this goes both ways - eliminating things that were not needed or adding things that we may not have thought about. In addition to all of the above, they are really very nice people who become part of the family.

The subcontractors are as professional as all of the Dorrances. This time we used their pumber (who is now our plumber), grantie and mirror and their tile guy. These guys come in and work really hard!! It is apparent that they have all worked together in the past - and everyone works really well together!
