Jeff is an employee of THC and certainly gave a great explanation of the job and helped us fully investigate our options. The subcontractors, Brandon and Mike, were professional and polite when it came to doing the work and answered our questions. I found them to be a pleasure to work with.

I was most concerned about the time involved for the remodeling project and Jeff was helpful to explain the process of how they could work with us around our schedule and complete the work in a time frame that met our expectations and worked well for the subcontractors.

Lucas Dalton came and tried to correct the existing window problems and when that didn't work, came up with a solution.

Lucas Dalton, the salesman and site manager was the epitome of patience and understanding. He helped me determine what work I wanted done and what I wanted the finished product to be. He helped me design the deck and was invaluable in helping me decide on size, materials, colors, etc. Vico, the deck builder was also great. He needed to understand what I wanted, based on 4 pictures I submitted withdifferent aspects I wanted for my deck shown in each picture. Vico managed to pull it all together with speed and pretty close to the picture I had in my mind. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

I considered five different contractors before deciding on Custom Home Exteriors. Although theirs was not the least expensive price for the job, I always felt I was getting good value for my money. When the quality of the materials is considered as well as the professionalism of the crews, I feel I got a bargain.
