David has helped me in some incredibly caring ways especially during my late husband's illness. He and his people went "above and beyond". I will always be grateful.

Especially Dan Owens. He has been a huge part of the improvement. His attention to detail is very strong. He is great.
They have done work for me 6 times. Sometimes the schedule has been better than others. The most recent time, they really improved on their schedule. 8 years ago, they did a project that lasted over a year. I was not too happy then.

Rita and I have nothing but positive feedback regarding our ongoing relationship with Craftsmen. From the start of each project working with Rem Rogers, and through the construction phase working with Dan Owens and his team on site and with Sue in the office, projects have been well organized, on time, and of high quality. We have never had any of the problems that many homeowners often experience in dealing with other contractors. All of the company's personnel return phone calls promptly, and we have never been required to place a call more than once. In every instance where we have had a concern Craftsmen has immediately resolved the issue. The company has proved to us that it will stand behind its work. We would like to offer particular praise to Dan Owens, who goes out of his way to make sure that we are satisfied and that problems are quickly resolved. We cannot think of any other service provider who we would recommend so highly and without hesitation. Our level of trust is so high that we do not even consider working with any other contractors, and we look forward to working with Craftsmen in the future.
