I would recognize the sales rep Leigh and Jim, the lead carpenter. I would also recognize the planner, Melissa, who worked with my wife extensively.

I was most satisfied by the timeliness of the project. They were prompt, courteous, and did what they said they would do. The project moved along as planned, with only a couple glitches that weren't really Brillo's problem.

I thought that Jim did a great job. Bob and Melissa also did a good job.

We're happy with the workers and office staff. We really love the project. The workers were respectful of our home space and of us. We enjoyed getting to know them. It was a really nice remodeling experience.

Melissa always gave us a print-out of the materials so we could read it. She brought the materials out so we could look at them. When we asked about the water heater, Bob gave us the information and encouraged us to call to get more input. When the plumber came out he also provided us with information about the water heater.

They made good suggestions if they could see something that wasn't right. I wanted a towel rack in a certain place, but the nearby cabinet would obstruct that. He helped us rethink what we wanted to do, which was marvelous.
